How to book safely with No Yelling

We've had reports of scammers impersonating No Yelling on social media. Here's how to make sure you're dealing with the real us — and how to protect yourself.

The golden rule: No Yelling only takes payment through our official booking page. We will never ask you to pay by bank transfer, PayID, or gift card to a personal account, and we never request payment through a Facebook message or DM.

The official booking process

There is only one legitimate way to book and pay for a lesson with No Yelling:

  1. 1

    Book on our official website

Go directly to noyelling.com.au/book and choose your lesson or package.

  2. 2

    Pay securely by card

Payment is taken online by credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex). Your details are handled through our secure checkout — never by transfer to a personal account.

  3. 3

    Get an official confirmation

You’ll receive a booking confirmation from No Yelling. If you paid any other way, or didn’t get an official confirmation, get in touch with us before your lesson.

Verify you're dealing with the real No Yelling

These are our official channels. If someone contacts you from anywhere else claiming to be No Yelling, treat it with caution.

Warning signs of a scam

  • You’re asked to pay by bank transfer, PayID, or gift card — especially to a personal name rather than a business.
  • You’re contacted through a Facebook profile or group that isn’t our official page (facebook.com/noyellingds).
  • Someone offers lessons in an area we don’t service (for example, Sydney).
  • You’re pressured to pay quickly, or offered a deal that seems too good to be true.
  • The payment doesn’t go through our official booking page and you don’t receive an official confirmation.
